	Nick Franklin - Councillor Register of Interest Contact: - 07876 244347 or e-mail: - poultonandpulfordpc1@outlook.com Nick joined the Parish Council in Sept 2020. Now semi-retired & has spent his whole career in the Financial Services sector. Prior to moving to Pulford in August 2019 he lived in Chester city centre for 8 years and was on the executive committee for BERA (Bridgegate East Residents Association). His main interests are property renovation, gardening, sports and dog walking.

He is also a West Cheshire Councillor and uses his intimate knowledge of Council workings and politics to promote and achieve funding for our Parish Projects

She is a tireless worker with boundless enthusiasm - for what route would the Chester Marathon take if not for her organisation skills Jan also represents the Parish Council on the Pulford Village Hall Committee and the refurbishment sub-committee.
	Jean Ewins - Councillor and Chairperson Register of Interests Contact: 07969 574 521 or e-mail: - poultonandpulfordpc1@outlook.com Jean came to Pulford in 2009 having lived in the Chester area for over 20 years. She is a member of the local walking group and takes an interest in the local history society. Jean has been the lead Councillor on the recent project to provide a Community Park for the local residents. Jean joined the Parish Council in May 2014
	Ashley Murray - Councillor Register of Interest Contact or e-mail: poultonandpulfordpc1@outlook.com Ashley joined the Parish Council in October 2022. He moved to Pulford in 2007.
	David Ewins - Councillor Register of Interest Contact 01244 571622 or e-mail: - poultonandpufordpc1@outlook.com David joined the Parish Council in May 2023. He moved to Pulford in 2009 and has been chair of the Pulford Village Hall Management Committee since 2020. He retired fully in 2022 having worked as a Consultant at the Countess of Chester Hospital for 28 years David was appointed Chairman of the Parish Council in May 2024.
	Peter Hynes - Councillor Register of Interest Contact or e-mail: - poultonandpulfordpc1@outlook.com Peter joined the Parish Council in July 2023. Peter has worked in technology and commercial advisory for over 30 years, with roles including Vice President of Energy Solutions at Atos Origin Middle East, Partner in charge of Energy Solutions at KPMG, and Managing Director of a Boutique Strategy Consulting Company in London. Peter is currently working on a series of projects across the Middle East and North Africa. Peter holds a Ba (Hons) in accounting and economics and a master’s degree in business administration. In addition, he is a chartered wastes manager, chartered environmentalist, and is a certified project management professional and risk management professional. Peter has supported many UK and overseas utilities companies with a broad range of technical, strategic, and financial analysis for the development and optimization of green energy generation and associated utility infrastructure. Peter is deeply committed to the ecological preservation of the parish of Poulton and Pulford and seeks to use his commercial and professional experience to support the parish wherever possible.
	Richard Fair Register of Interest Contact: - or e-mail: - poultonandpulfordpc1@outlook.com This is Richard’s third stint on the Parish Council where he has been Chair more than once. He has lived in Pulford and Poulton all his life. Alongside his involvement in the family farm he has had various roles in the NFU and for almost ten years was a Director of a large farmer-owned dairy cooperative. Richard rejoins the Council as he feels he has a lot to offer in the way of connecting the agricultural businesses in the Parishes with the changing wider community. His main interests are traveling and following in the footsteps of his parents and grandparents. He also enjoys snorkeling and dog walking.

We have always had dogs and I was a volunteer puppy walker for the Guide Dogs for the Blind for many years. History is another passion and I also volunteered for the National Trust in their Education department. Most days you will see me and my dog walking the beautiful lanes and tracks around Poulton
